Roughly 200 different types of data from the world of Maternity, which include mother's information, pregnancy details (number of pregnancies, miscarriages, births, cesarean sections, diagnoses etc.), pregnancy checkup data, mother's obstetric history etc.

In addition, the dataset includes birth details such as birth interventions, tests administered during labor, medical event times during labor, labor stages, vitals during labor, complications, fetus testing, admission details for mother and baby and more.

A large scale database focusing on patients admitted due to an acute coronary syndrome. This dataset will allow performing retrospective clinical studies exploring various questions and trends in care and outcomes. Hospitals' EMR were joined and grouped by baseline characteristics, past medical history, laboratory data, medical therapy on admission and at discharge and therapies provided during admission. This dataset also includes diagnoses and various clinically relevant outcome indices (e.g. length of stay, in-hospital mortality, readmission)

Free text in the field of psychiatry.pdf

These days we are working on establishing a medical database containing free text that exists in medical systems operating in the world of psychiatry.

In September 2023, we are expected to publish a data set that will contain about 1,200 text fields, without identifying details, where 200 of them will also be tagged.

 
In January 2024 we are expected to double the amount.

The labeling is performed by an expert in the field of psychiatry.

Very soon we will publish a medical database containing free text extracted from a medical system operating in a delivery room.

The data set will contain about 740 text fields, without identifying details.

By the end of the year we will expand the database with labeling of those fields, which will be carried out by a professional clinical team.

The data will include information about monitoring the progress of the birth, including many highlights that can only be found in the free text written by the team during the birth.
